Research and Sourcing Dedicated to sourcing the best ‘hard to find, business critical’ candidates our Research and Sourcing team was established over 6 years ago and features our senior candidate sourcing and attraction specialist – trained in the latest recruitment and sourcing methodologies. A Research Assignment is typically used: • For hard to fill business critical roles. • For areas of most critical candidate scarcity. • When traditional sourcing methods have been exhausted. A full Research Assignment will research anywhere between 10 and 60 companies (each assignment is different) and will identify anywhere between 20-200 passive candidates that meet the agreed client brief.
