Korean Night is an annual event which allows students to celebrate and share Korean culture with our multicultural community. This year’s Korean Night, held on Friday June25th, was hugely popular and a massive success. Once the curtains opened and the night began, the amount of hard work and dedication put in by every performer could be clearly seen in the vibrant recitals and immense audience appreciation.

Students from all year groups have put in a tremendous amount of effort to ensure that this year’s Korean Night was the best it could be. Performances included the doll dance, the traditional mask dance, the elegant fan dance, masterful Taekwondo, various K-pop and rap routines, the rhythmic Nanta, a powerful haka, and the finale band. Every performer should be proud of how well they performed.

Congratulations to everyone who was involved in Korean Night 2021. A huge thank you to all the people involved behind the scenes; this event would not have been as successful without the help of people off stage. We look forward to preparing another memorable event for Korean Night 2022.
