South Thames Colleges Group (STCG)

has a long-established relationship of working with employers locally, regionally, and nationally to deliver a skilled and productive workforce through bespoke training programmes, training for work programmes including Free CPD Courses, Apprenticeships and Work Experience and Industry Placements. We have a reputation for developing innovative and dynamic training solutions for an extensive range of public and private sector employers of all sizes, from the micro business to the large multinational. The Business Partnership Team understand the importance of working with you to meet the challenges that your business faces. Together we will plan a responsive, flexible, and timely training solution that fulfils agreed objectives. We offer a diverse range of skills training. We work with a range of businesses, including Marlon Commock, Founder and Managing Director at McJones Group & Pulse Social, who commented on our partnership: “I have offered several placements to College learners ranging from social media management to business development, and even running sports activities. I have always been keen to give young people the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence in a work setting. The partnership with the College has been a great support in developing my business presence, with us co-hosting a networking event for the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce and looking at more ideas for events in the future.” We have recently introduced a variety of free online courses, available to employers and individuals to help advance your career prospects, achieve nationally recognised qualifications, and learn in a flexible environment with courses designed to fit around you. These courses are sector relevant, professionally accredited, and free. Course topics include but are not limited to:
