Women in Leadership

Our next Women in Leadership lunch will be on Thursday 23rd November, at Dyrham Park Golf and Country Club, Barnet, sponsored by Keech Hospice Care.

We are thrilled that our speaker will be Bev Williams, Director, Willmott Dixon Construction, who will discuss ‘How to retain & develop future female leaders.’

Bev will reveal:

● How they are attracting females into the industry

● How, with the assistance of CITB funding and Cambridge Judge Business School, they created a Women’s Leadership programme to develop their future female leaders’ mindset, confidence, capabilities and resilience as part of the Willmott Dixon 50/50 gender parity target. The programme won the award for Excellence in Business Culture at last year’s Construction News Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards
