The launch event is being held at the beautiful and atmospheric Old Palace, Hatfield House, associate sponsor of the Inspiring Herts Awards 2025. Now in their fourteenth year, these awards are set to be the best yet.

We are pleased to be joined by our guest speakers Sam Cload and Will Fraser, from 100 & First Foundation, who will be discussing Crime, identity and change.

Sam is a passionate prison reformer, experienced educator, accomplished amateur sportsman and occasional public speaker.

Sam has spent much of his career to date designing, implementing and delivering a number of sport for change programmes across a number of contexts, but perhaps most well known as a leading voice on the use of sport in the criminal justice system as a means of enabling resettlement for people leaving prison.

Will is an ex professional rugby player for Saracens RFC. Will joined the Saracens Academy in 2005 aged just 14 and was a member of the famed ‘Class of ’08’ alongside the likes of Owen Farrell & Jamie George.
