As a consultant we study the systems that have previously been selected or if you want, we recommend the ones we think necessary according to the work areas, construction techniques and structural elements, where these systems will be installed, the protective equipment that has to be used according to the activity type that will make the teams, in order to develop a joint and definite plan. Technical and esthetical factors provide the installation with a balanced personality, depending on the industrial, urban or leisure. Stages Studies  Initial stage: We advise in order to guide the involved parties in the preliminary works.  Integration stage: We all or partially supervise some of the work stages, installation (security coordination), and associated training with the correct use of the systems.  Implementation stage: We carry out testing, certification and starting up sessions of facilities.

Global consideration  We offer “Turn Key” works. This way ensures and optimizes the economic and technical resources, highly minimize the execution time. Advantages     

Most optimal system selection. Practical and operational design. Comfortable and safe sites study. Detailed drawings «pictograms» situation, location and access. «Sequential» work procedure in digital format.

Installation report When the intervention finish, a «Memory Report” is delivered, which specifies:  Technical specifications of the system definition.  Certifications and compliance system.  Use instructions, maintenance and revision.  Incidents parts and work orders.  Applicable legislation and reference technical judgments.  Technical guides and handbooks (fall arrest PPE´s and anchorage systems) In this way we always manage operational facilities, despite the elapsed time and we ensure the responsibilities are clearly defined.

Training Companies require the most complete training taught by experienced instructors that transmit the maximum security for its workers who carry out the access, transit, stay and fall of any work stages at falling risk from heights. We understand that these services must be performed in a personalized way, depending on the work areas and following a strict plan, sparing no human or economic resources and providing it to the largest number of companies and workers. Our work philosophy is based on a mutual and solid experience in dealing with the human staffs, in an comprehensive systems and components knowledge, providing solutions which result in greater and better work performance and what is more important, that trained people acquire a greater commitment with the safety of their lives and the importance of teamwork. Certificate Training Program SAC & SIRE  SAC Fall Arrest Systems Certificate.  SIRE Industrial Rescue Evacuation System.

7

These programmes are based on procedures and techniques adapted to the multiple industrial settings, by "related modules" that facilitate the proper implementation by human staffs. These programs fulfil the requirements of the Standards and the American and European Legislation currently in force, just as the instructions for the proper use of PPE´s, established by the manufacturers according to the ANSI and UNE EN 365:2005, such as:  Harnesses, connectors, energy absorbers, retractable blocks, sliding fall arrest, manual, semi-automatic and automatic descender. In addition to these programs, it facilitate the incorporation of certified rescue evacuation systems in all types of industries.  Rescue systems, with and without approximation, in vertical, horizontal, sloping, deep or confined spaces.  Support systems, tripods, drive pulley integrated systems, stretcher, manual and motorized winches, etc. Our training programs are adapted to all industrial activities, wherever there is a need to use fall arrest systems for work staffs, whether in a casual or intense way. In training programs the present systems and work procedures are evaluated, confirming their suitability and proper use, or the recommendation to improve them. Evacuation and rescue procedures are practised.

Every company has an obligation to give the proper instructions to workers, being this one of the essential principles of Occupational Prevention Risks. It is especially important in particularly dangerous risky works (work an heights, electrical hazard, confined spaces, etc.) All work instructions shall be contained in writing in case of critical tasks due to the importance of the risks, the complexity of the tasks. This procedure is essential when communication problems can arise between the installation responsible in which must intervene and the workers who must perform the work (NTP 562 Spain) ÂŤSafe work procedureÂť means the effective implementation of a coordinated activities and tasks series that clearly define the operations sequence to develop in a normal situation, in planned changes and foreseeable emergencies by defining:

9

 The work material resources and the personal and collective protective equipment.  The required human resources, giving indication of their qualifications, training and assigning tasks. In order to introduce a Certificated Work Procedure we should take into account the following structure:  Strategies: Define policies, aims and alignments to achieve the proper application of the Prevention in the work operatives.  Procedures: We must identify, analyse and implement the processes, the activities and the required procedures for carrying out the work. We also must define the monitoring and control activities for the efficient processes operation.  Resources: Define clear staff assignments, needed equipment and/or machinery for the production or service delivery, the workplace and the needed financial resources to support the quality activities.

 Organizational Structure: Define and establish responsibilities, authorities and communication flow structure inside the organization.  Documents: Establish the procedures, documents, forms, records and any other documentation related to the effective and efficient processes operation and therefore the organization.

10

The ref: ANSI and UNE-EN 365:2005 standard, specify the minimum general requirements for the use instructions, maintenance, periodic review, repair, mark and PPE´s packing against falls from heights. With regard to review instructions, it indicates that these reviews should be made at least every 12 months by competent people, and strictly following the review procedures specified by the manufacturer. We offer the following optional services, in order to adapt ourselves to customer requirements, regardless of the activity, for intervention either in equipment used individually or collectively (*) (*) Body pressure device and other equipment used together with it, to prevent the falls, allowing the access to the working position, the movement and the submission in it, in order to stop the falls and to make an evacuation or a rescue.

11

Optional Services  Fall arrest PPE´s review in the company facilities, including the labelling.  Fall arrest PPE´s review in our facilities.  Training support course to employees (managers, supervisors and technicians) to entitle them in the review procedure specified by the manufacturer in its use instructions, in the own customers´ facilities.

12

ANSI and CE 365 Standard Fall arrest PPE´s use and maintenance instructions, clearly indicates the need to have an evacuation and rescue system, when we use this kind of protective equipment. The use of fall arrest systems unavoidably leads to know and use some techniques and rescue systems, to prevent or minimize the suspension trauma effects, which makes that an extended exposure of a hanging person by a fall effect can in a short time period result in death. In work performed in confined spaces, at heights where falls can be produced, in the approach roads, etc. quick action, is crucial following the established procedure for these cases, such as to avoid an incident and this results in a serious or death accident.

13

Evacuation and rescue at heights or industrial, urban or leisure activities Industrial rescue techniques are contemplated, based on international procedures certificates, depending on the needs of the workplace:  SKED ® Rescue Stretcher Made in USA  LSP Half Back Vertical Extrication Device. Made in USA Evacuation and rescue in confined spaces or industrial, urban or leisure activities The accesses to deep or confined places are usually equipped with fixed or removable ladders similar systems, the fall arrest associated systems depending on the stage type are for example: tripod ANSI and CE EN 795 Class B Standard, retractable block ANSI and CE EN 360 Standard combined with rescue systems. Also depending on the workplace complexity, are used combined systems which are industrially tested are used, for example:  Winches, hold systems and zip lines.  Manual, semi – automatic or automatic descending systems. Other activities that the Rescue and Emergency Group performed at the facilities are:  Coaching, mock rescue, training, dangerous places markings, induction actions of employees, security coordination, risk assessment, etc.
