For over three generations, our organic farm has been located in Vasanello (Vt), at the foot of the Cimini Mountains and in the heart of Tuscia. The area is highly suited for the production of the Tonda Gentile Romana hazelnut and here we have 20 hectares completely dedicated to the cultivation of the product. In addition to the Tonda Gentile Romana, a few years ago we decided to expand the variety by growing Giffona type hazelnuts. All the pollinators used are of Nocchione quality.
In order to have a product that is as healthy as possible and respectful of nature, we are constantly looking for innovative products for treating hazelnuts. Our company has the most modern machinery for cultivation and harvesting, with very short processing and storage times that guarantee the best quality of the final product.
