Gift-based Ministry One characteristic of a healthy church is the conviction that God has already determined who should assume each ministry within the church. The role of leadership is to help its members identify their gifts and find or create ministries that match them. When you live in harmony with your spiritual gifting, you are no longer ministering in your own
strength, but the Holy Spirit is working in you. Based on our understanding of Biblical teaching on spiritual gifts and on extensive research of healthy churches, Adult Ministries is excited to introduce LifeKeys to Berean. You are encouraged to sign up for the Discovery Workshop highlighted below.

Three Levels of Care When you or someone you know is hospitalized or going through difficult times you want the church to know, to care, and to pray. Here are three different contacts you can make to be sure that people are cared for in their time of need. 1.

A Stephen Minister is a trained volunteer who comes alongside and meets confidentially, one-on-one, with a person who is having a difficult time in his or her life due to circumstances such as grief, relationship issues, job loss, etc. If you are a good listener who enjoys encouraging and lifting up those who are hurting, we need you!
