Tuition is due on MONDAY of each week or the first day of the week your child attends BEC. All tuition is to be prepaid. Thus, if your child attends BEC fulltime and you must pay Wednesday of each week, due to your pay schedule, your tuition must be paid the Wednesday prior to attendance. A $5.00 late fee will be added to your account if your tuition is not paid on Monday of each week. Tuition remains the same whether your child is in attendance or not. No deductions are given for sick days, holidays, or scheduled closings. Please read our vacation policy on the reverse side of this Financial Agreement. We ask for a two-week written notice to withdraw your child from BEC. You will be responsible for two weeks tuition from the day you give notice. A10% discount of the lesser tuition will be granted to families with more than one child enrolled in BEC. No discounts will be given on hourly rate. A $10.00 charge will be added to your account if we receive any checks back from the bank due to NonSufficient Funds. Your tuition payments may qualify for childcare credit, but may not be considered a deductible contribution. My child will attend BEC __________ (list days), my tuition will be $___________ weekly.
