INTRODUCTION
INTRODUCTION •Placement Department As per requirement to complete my Bachelor (HONS) in Graphic Design I’ve started my internship training on the 6th of May 2013 and concluded on 2nd of August 2013. I have underwent my internship training in an advertising agency called “Bulb Communique” (Part of Havas Worlwide Kuala Lumpur) located in 3 Two Square, The Crest tower, Petaling Jaya and I was on the creative department at Bulb Communique.
•Training Objective This 13-week internship program orientation had taught me a better understanding in thinking, planning, creating, and delivering the message or ads that can catch an eye of the target audience and make the target audience buy the product, service and etc.
•Issue to be handle Bulb Communique also taught me how to work in professionalism in the workplace and with the client. It has also trained me to acknowledge the different sets of communication method in promotion of a brand and tackle obstacles that come along within my duty.
•Types of assignment to be submitted At Bulb Communique, I’ve produce a few design, example ; Packaging design, Press ad, Billboard, Jersey, Leaflet, Starter pack, Reload card, Tag card and etc.

•The history of the establishment The company that I have enrolled in for my internship training “Bulb Communique” (Part of Havas Worlwide Kuala Lumpur) is an advertising agency that was initially established as “Euro RSCG Minda” in the year 2010 located in The Crest Tower, Petaling Jaya. This company consists of 28 workers divided into different departments of operative functions.
•The objective of the organization Is aim to create, plan and manage brands for the clients and most importantly rebranding of their products.
•Types of industry The company also handles advertising and other forms of promotion.
Some of the clients that has worked alongside with the company consist of names such as Carlsberg, Sunway group, Ambank group, Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Altel, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) and also government body such as Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Education and Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan (AADK).

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE •The company’s organizational structure consists of three top managements which is the Founder, the CEO of the company and also the Special officer who is in charge of the main four departments; finance and admin, digital strategic planning, brand management and also creative department.
•The Finance and Admin department consist of 4 working staff, which is divided into two titles, which is the special officers and the digital managers. Their department is in charge of the in house administration works and also the financial works of the company.
•The Digital Strategic Planning department is appointed to one staff who is the planner of the digital strategies. •The Brand Management department, consists of brand coordinator, brand directors, brand managers and brand executives. In this department, every directors, managers and executives are divided into different projects.
•Last
but not least, Creative department however consists of 11 working staff and they are divided into the sections of creative
director, senior art director, art director, junior art directors, copywriter, and also graphic designer. Their department is in charge of producing and handling creative ideas in terms of writing and graphics that will be included in the rebranding of a product.
There are a few projects that is currently undergoing such as the MRT, AADK, KOB1M, ALTEL, SPAD and TNB. I am an intern on creative department and held the title of graphic designer, my task and responsibility of department is helping the Creative team on the AADK, ALTEL and a few project. The training that I underwent with the company was a of the project and communication skills with the clients. I also learned a few management skills and conducting my tasks in delivering at the right time.

RECOMMENDATION
COMMENT & RECOMMENDATION •Internship training is a must major subject to take for student to get to know how the real experience, working environment and the fun & nerve pressure when the new job brief is deliver to their computer desk. So student will know how to work professionally on their job.
•Bulb
Communique does achieve my satisfaction during my internship training there. Internship training also widen up student mind on
how the thing goes in real industry.
•Internship training also let student knows who’s the mastermind and jedi on the industry. This will let student easy to get their job after the intern because they already know where to work and who to work with or maybe what company/field they like to work for.
•Bulb Communique is an advertising company that had loose working schedule and not so tough as any other advertising company that will cramp out and stress up student mind. However the task had been not as simple as that. So to me, I think Bulb Communique is a good place for a student to learn on how the real world of industry works. Plus the people is so nice and also gives a good response, and they are very professional at work, so this can turn student into a better person / designer / worker. And, don’t be shy & don’t ask too many question without trying anything yet.
CONCLUSION
CONCLUSION My experience overall has taught me to develop further in my career path and as a better professional in my field of work. I have always been interested in the graphic design / advertising field and this company suits well in my preference. The organization of the company helps me to understand which department handles certain tasks. I’ve learned to blend in and adapt well to the organization and the department I’ve been appointed to. The team has been very helpful towards me in terms of conducting the works. My co-workers poured ideas and credible information that helped to assist in nourishing the project. The top management has also been supportive towards me, I’ve learned to keep up with the organization. The founder had taught me certain knowledge that will help me to run my task more efficiently. I was very grateful and eager to learn new information that will help me to excel further in my career development. I would love to improve more on planning in terms of foreseeability of things to occur and having more awareness on how the tasks would run. I could be more aware of the situations and plan ahead to counter obstacles. As I have said before I have always shared a passion, an interest towards the advertising field. I absolutely love the idea of how persuasion takes place to intrigue the consumers and to catch a flight of their attention towards distributed information using media platforms such as television commercials, radio advertisements and collaterals such as billboards. It’s also a brief understanding towards psychology on how the human mind works towards persuasion. During my internship, I especially liked the moment when I was put to handle new projects. This taught me how to manage my jobs on a whole different scale rather than the start of my internship. I can now manage newer projects easily and efficiently. The part that I dislike the most is when facing obstacles such as delay in jobs and outdated information that are no longer credible to help me meet my objectives. To conclude my report, my internship has helped me to become a better professional, a better worker, and a better person as a whole. This learning avenue has excelled me in terms of the skills acquired during practical works. I am looking forward to continue pursuing my career in graphic design and advertising.
