Meeting the Needs of Today and Tomorrow

Berkeley Hall’s forward thinking and exciting vision takes shape with $5M Phase I of our $15M Master Plan. The reimagined Clubhouse centers around the new 4-Seasons Verandah. Here, members can gather for casual dining on the nearly 5,000 square-foot Verandah year-round. Whether enjoying drinks after a round or dining as the sun sets with views of North Course #9th and #18th holes.

Club refinements reflect our casual Lowcountry design; the renovated Palmetto Room serves as a more formal dining venue with a relaxed sophistication found throughout updates to the Jeffersonian-style Clubhouse.

With an influx of new members Berkeley Hall’s membership is a growing one. One shared sentiment is the desire to find a forward-thinking community. Our reimagined Clubhouse demonstrates that commitment to an enhanced member experience.

Expectations have changed and our Club-branded App offers a transformative, integrated experience that embraces that momentum.

Tee times, dining reservations, spa services or golf carts waiting at the tee, it’s all there. Along with club amenities, and member preferences that allow our team to deliver stellar service.

Evolving technologies also lead the way on the North and South Courses, where the Club has made continuous reinvestment:

• $4.3M Golf Course Enhancement & Drainage Project

• Regrassing and Golf Course Renovation

• Master Plan for North & South Courses

Momentum at Berkeley Hall continues at a fast pace as our membership numbers grow, along with new home builds and a transformation that brings a new embrace of our club lifestyle and welcoming amenities. Rising up to meet the needs of our expanding membership, the Berkeley Hall Board and Management team remain committed to meeting these evolving demands of membership by investing in our future.
