Roles and Responsibilities • Following the SOP’s defined by the Head Office, in case a change in the same is required, it must be communicated either directly or through the Branch Management to the Head Office . -
Fill suggestions in Kaizen Sheet Remember SOP by Heart Practice Practice Practice SOP’s are the accumulation of knowledge.
Roles and Responsibilities • Ensuring proper and complete documentation of Treatment Record From, Medical History Form, Consent Forms and Client Cards. -
Protect yourself and Protect the brand. Take regular feedback from client. Do a proper diagnosis Better to take pre-emptive action than to react
Roles and Responsibilities • Ensuring proper stock is always maintained for consumables of the respective department. -
Take action before it is empty. Re-stock when you are free. Don’t forget to mention in Issue Register. Raise request if the item is not in stock.
