Project Content Development Workshops Collective development of the project and products with participants of the first and second manamgement level of the partner organisations.
Competence Workshops Implementation of competence workshops for female nurses by active involvement of existing experiences and knowledge.
Modular qualification for personnel with interface positions Experiences showed that the lower management level in mobile care holds a key position when it comes to preserving the employability and motivation of mobile employees.
