Main objectives of Graefewirtschaft setting-up social enterprises creating decent jobs opportunities for migrants and refugees acquisition of contracts alongside the skills and capacities of the members training on the job, learning by doing promoting multi-culutral exchange in the local community serving local needs and strengthening the social cohesion in the neighbourhood participating in programmes to combat racism
