Resource Development Bill Mattingly Memorial Scholarship The Bill Mattingly family generously created the Bill Mattingly Memorial Scholarship to support qualified students enrolled in Computerized Machining and Manufacturing (CMM), Tech X, and/or Welding programs offered at OCTC. The scholarship may be used to fund tuition, books, and/or other instructional materials required to successfully participate in and complete the approved OCTC course of study. Cathy Mattingly and the Mattingly family hosted the annual Bill Mattingly Memorial Tractor Ride on September 14, 2019 with all proceeds going toward the fund. The OCTC Foundation, Inc. is proud to partner with the Mattinglys in support of student success and, together, we look forward to growing the fund to new levels.
