Additionally, Board members can assist with speedway information while providing tips and recommendations to make the very most of your visit to MIS. 2013 Renewal information In addition to the ticket(s) purchased for specific events, your purchase also entitles you to a right to renew your ticket purchase for those events the following year. The track will notify you of the renewal deadline and such renewal must be completed by such deadline. Renewal right is void if such is not held for any reason. Should your exact seat not be available, Track may provide reasonably similar accommodations. Please see website for further details. The 2013 Renewal Form with instructions and payment deadline is expected to be mailed in October of 2012. Michigan International Speedway extends the courtesy of ticket renewal privileges to those who purchase tickets in advance. Renewal applications are accepted via mail, phone, internet, fax, express courier service or can be submitted in person. Michigan International Speedway, in its sole discretion and option, reserves the right to limit ticket quantities and grant or deny renewal privileges. It is the policy of Michigan International Speedway to cancel all renewal privileges of any purchaser of a ticket found to have been resold or offered for sale at a price higher than face value of the ticket. The initial purchaser is responsible if tickets are resold.

Grandstand Gate Admissions Policy For your comfort and the comfort of those around you, please plan carry-in items as necessary and consider these guidelines as the strict limit. Fans may enter Michigan International Speedway grandstand areas with: Soft sided coolers no larger than 10”x 10” x 12”. Soft Sided Coolers may contain ice, freezer packs and a removable plastic liner. Soft sided bags no larger than 18” x 18” x 4”. Soft Sided Bags may include scanner bags, camera bags, purses, fanny packs, daypacks, canvas tote bags, lightweight backpacks, eco-friendly type grocery bags, clear bags, bags with souvenir purchases.

NOTE: Guests are allowed to bring in any combination of no more than two total of the items described above Additionally, fans are welcome to bring: Binoculars, scanners, headsets and cameras which are worn separately and not in their case. Plastic souvenir and insulated cups no larger than 24 oz. Standard seat cushions and stadium seats without armrests. All Items brought through the Admission Gates are subject to inspection. Guests without any carry-in items are encouraged to use the express lanes available at each gate. Fans may not enter Michigan International Speedway grandstand areas with: Hard-sided coolers. Thermoses and metal cups of any size. Glass containers, strollers, umbrellas, bicycles, roller blades, pets, banners, signs or flags. Any bag, pack or container larger than the allowable sizes. Firearms, knives, fireworks and items restricted by local, state or federal laws. There will be no provisions for checking and holding items deemed inappropriate. Restricted items may not be left at or around the gate area. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded. Changes in security levels may affect security procedures at MIS including the prohibition of all bags and items inside the grandstand gates.

Pre-Race Pit Pass Information Pre-Race Pit Passes are available for purchase in advance by calling 800.354.1010 or may be purchased on event weekend at any Ticket Office.

Adults 18 and over $50.00 Juniors 17 and under Sunday only $25.00

Attire Appropriate dress is required. Shoes and shirts must be worn. However shorts, sleeveless shirts and open toed shoes are permitted in the pits throughout the weekend. In all cases, attire must be appropriate for a major sporting event and family environment.

Access

Friday-Saturday: Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the pits Sunday: All ages welcome The pass should be worn and in sight at all times and be accompanied by photo identification No refunds will be issued for unused passes. A daily admission ticket, APEX wristband or infield wristband is also required for admission. Pre-Race Pit Passes are not good for gate admission. Everyone regardless of age requires a pass for admission to the pit area. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. The pit area opens at the same time as the admission gates. To access the pit area, please use the grandstand pedestrian tunnel located beneath Center Grandstand Section 1, or the tunnel at the south end of the Center Grandstand near Turn 1. The pit area will close approximately one and one half hours before the race begins or when deemed necessary by the sanctioning body or track officials. A Pre-Race Pit Pass does not permit access to the NASCAR速 garages at any time. NASCAR速 controls garage access on race weekends with a separate pass that is not available for sale to the public. Michigan International Speedway does not sell garage passes. Guests must be mindful of security and NASCAR速 officials while on pit road.

Inbound Traffic: Sunday Only PATTERN GOES INTO EFFECT - 6:00 A.M.

M-50

SOUTHBOUND: M-50 will become two lanes south of Wampler’s Lake Rd. (M-124). M-50 traffic will park in Lots 6/7 on the east side of the track or Lot 12 depending on traffic volume. Race traffic will not be allowed to continue southbound past the M-50 entrance. NORTHBOUND: M-50 traffic will be directed west on to US-12 and must use Lot 14. Race traffic will not be allowed to continue northbound on M-50 past US-12.

US-127

SOUTHBOUND: Race traffic will be directed east onto Vicary/Taylor Rd. with the exception of guests with parking credentials and charter buses. Depending on traffic volume, traffic may be directed to use M-50. Credential holders and charter buses will proceed to US-12 eastbound. NORTHBOUND: Traffic north on US-127 will use US-12 eastbound to enter the track.

US-12

WESTBOUND: US-12 will become one-way at M-50. Use all lanes. All westbound US-12 race traffic will be directed in to Lots 8/9. Buses and vehicles with parking credentials should use the center lane. You will be directed to your designated parking area once you enter the property. Those needing to pick-up credentials will be directed to the credential office. EASTBOUND: US-12 eastbound will be one-way from US-127 to the Speedway. Two lanes start at US-127, with third lane starting at Round Lake Hwy. The left two lanes will enter Lot 11. The right lane will enter Lot 10. Vehicles with parking credentials should use the right lane. Those needing to pick up credentials at the credential office should enter through Lot 10.

TRAFFIC PATTERNS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE Use all lanes of traffic available. Please observe all directional signs. Day parking on Michigan International Speedway property is “FREE” to our guests. Outbound Directions

PATTERN GOES INTO EFFECT WITH 50 LAPS REMAINING IN THE RACE

M-50 GATE All race traffic will be directed northbound on M-50 to Monroe Pike. Monroe Pike is a one-way street. Signs will direct you to I-94.

LOT 8 Use both lanes when exiting Lot 8. All traffic leaving Lot 8 will be directed eastbound on US-12 (There will be two (2) lanes eastbound on US-12 to M-52). To head west, turn right on Onsted Hwy and use westbound US-223.

LOT 14, MAIN GATE All traffic leaving Lot 14 and the Main Gate will be directed eastbound on US-12 and will turn right (southbound) on M-50. M-50 is two (2) lanes one-way to Onsted Hwy. To head west, turn right on Onsted Hwy and use westbound US-223.

GATE 2, LOT 10, LOT 11, TUNNEL GATE All traffic exiting Gate 2, Lot 10, Lot 11 and Tunnel Gate will be directed southbound on Brooklyn Hwy. to US-12, where they will be directed westbound. Vehicles exiting Lot 11 will be directed westbound on US-12. To head east, turn left at Round Lake Hwy., and use US-223 eastbound. All remaining traffic should follow US-12.

LOT 3 Traffic leaving Gate 3 will use Vicary/Taylor Road westbound to US-127. All traffic must go northbound at US-127. As US-12 clears, some traffic may be sent southbound on Brooklyn Hwy. to westbound US-12.

LOT 4 One lane exiting southbound on Brooklyn Hwy. to Vicary/Taylor Road westbound to US-127. All traffic must go northbound at US-127. As traffic on M-50 clears, one lane may be sent northbound on Brooklyn Hwy. to M-50.

LOT 12 Northbound on Brooklyn Hwy. to M-50 and northbound through Brooklyn to US-127. M-50 from Brooklyn to Napoleon is one-way. NOTES: Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Michigan State Police have approved the use of the paved shoulder for northbound traffic on US-127 from Vicary/Taylor Road post race. Gate 9 will be closed for outbound traffic.

Print At Home Be Your Own Ticket Agent Purchase grandstand tickets online for any of our events and you can print your tickets immediately after you purchase them. Just select ‘Print At Home’ as your delivery option and your tickets will be e-mailed to you after you have completed your ticket purchase. All you need is a printer and your tickets can be in your hand today! How do I print my tickets on my computer? Your tickets will be e-mailed to you after your purchase via a PDF document. We recommend that you save this document to your computer so you have the tickets stored. Print them now or later. All you need is a printer with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. At the event, your tickets will be scanned and you’ll be admitted. Be certain to fully download Barcode prior to printing email. What are the benefits of printing my own tickets? 1 You get your tickets right away. No will-call lines or mail delivery to wait for. 2 You can print them at your convenience. 3 You can forward them to others attending the event so they can print their own tickets. Will this ticket be accepted for the event? Yes. The ticket that comes out of your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place and protect it just like you would any other ticket! If any copies are made of the ticket, only the first ticket scan of the barcode will be permitted entry to the facility. If more than one copy were to attempt entry into the facility, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been granted access. What if I get disconnected or experience other problems? Trams Michigan International Speedway provides free tram transportation from perimeter parking lots. Friday and Saturday Round-trip service from Graves Farm Campground and Turn 3 to Turn 4. Guests with Disabilities Admission & Access Wheelchair accessible tickets can be purchased in advance or on race day based on availability. One companion ticket may be purchased for each wheelchair ticket purchased.

Bench-style seating is provided for the companion in Row 54 of the Center Grandstand, Rows 70 & 21 of the Turn 3 Grandstand and Turn 1 sections 43 - 111. In Grandstands without bench-style companion seating a folding chair is provided.

Accessible Parking The Speedway provides free designated parking areas in all parking lots for guests with disabilities. Vehicles displaying the proper credential will be directed to that area upon entry into the parking lot. Please be sure to approach the Speedway from the inbound traffic pattern that allows access to the parking area of your first choice. Please see pages 12-13 for traffic pattern maps and information. All handicapped parking lots are available on a first come first served basis. Accessible parking areas fill early. You may be directed to alternate or overflow parking areas. Michigan Vehicle Codes MCL 257.674, 257.675 and 257.675c contain the following sections pertaining to the display and use of a disabled parking permit. A disability placard or license plate is intended for use only by the person with a disability or someone transporting the person with a disability.

Under Michigan Law, It Is Illegal To:

Use a disability placard or license plate when the person with a disability is not being transported. Lend a disability placard to another person Alter or make a copy of a disability placard Continue using the disability placard issued to a family member who has since passed away.

Improper use may result in the immediate confiscation and cancellation of the disability placard or license plate. Furthermore, improper use, altering, forging, or copying a disability placard is a misdemeanor crime that may result in fines up to $500.00, jail time up to 30 days, or both. Any individual presenting a placard for accessible parking privileges at Michigan International Speedway is subject to a review of integrity by on site law enforcement. Additionally, Michigan International Speedway reserves the right to refuse admission, eject from its facility and deny ticket renewal privileges to any person whose actions and conduct are deemed inappropriate or illegal. 22

Guests with Disabilities Accessible Transportation Assistance The Speedway provides free transportation assistance to guests with disabilities using Guest Trams and Disability Transport Carts.

If additional transportation assistance is needed, or if you’re parked in a lot not listed above, go to any Farmers Insurance Guest Information Center and request a Disability Transport Cart. Pre-race drop-off stations and post-race pick-up stations are at Farmers Insurance Guest Information Centers near (see map on pages 16-17): Water Tower Grandstand Gate 17 Frontstretch High-Rise Grandstand Gate 29 Turn 1 Grandstand Gate 21 Turn 3 High-Rise Grandstand Gate 32 Start/Finish Grandstand Gate 24 Additionally, Guest Service Ambassador sites are located in the Graves Farm, Northfield, Brooklyn Trails, Brookfest Acres and M-50 Creekside Campgrounds. At peak use times, delays should be expected. For the safety of all guests, disability transport carts will not be operational immediately following the conclusions of the day’s primary event. Michigan International Speedway® staff will determine when conditions are safe to resume operation. This is a free service courtesy of Michigan International Speedway. Tipping drivers is not permitted.

Accessible Restrooms Wheelchair accessible restrooms have a wheelchair plaque posted at the entrance of the building.

Service Animals The Speedway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. These animals are welcome throughout the property but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times. Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags. Guests who bring service animals should request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably.

Canadian Currency Exchange Michigan International Speedway extends the courtesy of currency exchange near current market rates. We reserve the right to limit amounts or deny transactions. A Canadian currency exchange window is located in the Center Grandstand Ticket Office near the Start/Finish Grandstand Gate 24 and opens when Grandstand Gates open.

Corrigan Oil Convenience Stores Located in the Brooklyn Trails Campground and in the vendor area of the Infield. Both are open 24 hours a day.

In case of an emergency, seek immediate assistance from Speedway personnel or text 69050, in the body of the message type MISFAN then a space and then type your Emergency or Issue and Location.

Garage Passes Garage passes are issued by NASCAR速 and are reserved for team members and their guests and are not for sale to the public. See page 10 for Pre-Race Pit Pass information.

Golf Cart Policy

Golf carts or other approved vehicles used on Michigan International Speedway速 property are permitted for business purposes only. No personal use is allowed for any reason. Permitted golf carts must be registered (including provision of insurance) with Michigan International Speedway and must display the yearly ISC or official event registration credential on the golf cart at all times. Permitted golf carts must be driven by a licensed driver 18 years of age or older. No one under the influence of alcohol may operate a golf cart. No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the cart. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any powered vehicle, except for outside commercial delivery purposes only. Rescheduling Policy All Ticket Sales Are Final - No Money Refunded - No Exchanges. Michigan International Speedway® ( “MIS”) is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held.

Smoking Policy All grandstand seating, mezzanines, areas directly beneath the stands, concession and restroom buildings, suites and hospitality areas at Michigan International Speedway® are smoke-free. The Champions Club, seating and adjacent patios are also smoke-free. Smokers may choose to smoke in open-air areas behind the grandstands, in the New Holland Fan Plaza, the parking lots and in campgrounds. Anyone who does not adhere to the smoke-free policy will be subject to fines by state and county enforcement officials who are on site during race weekend.

Tailgating Tailgating is permitted in the Michigan International Speedway day parking areas. Canopies, pop-ups, umbrellas, chairs, tables, etc. may not be left out while the area is unoccupied and should be secured in your vehicle during such time. Horseshoes and sky lanterns are prohibited. Personal belongings left out and unattended create a potential safety/security issue in case of an emergency and consequently may be confiscated. 26
