COMPANY OVERVIEW Since 1987 Bessolo Design Group, Inc. has provided full service architectural planning and consulting services to a wide range of markets. Our passionate and dedicated team, led by owner Kevin J. Bessolo, AIA, share a common vision of designing top quality structures at the highest level of customer service. With six disciplines under one roof, we provide diversified design and management services in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, and Structural Engineering. Method of Providing Services The Bessolo Design Group, Inc., approach to planning design and construction is very simple: • Assemble a world-class team of design professionals and consultants to design a building within a collaborative environment. • Focus on the project design parameters, goals and objectives laid out by the client. • Dedicate a team of professionals to manage a project from beginning to end while maintaining effective communication with the client. • Respond immediately to address any questions or issues in the project with a coordinated response. After a thorough analysis of your project needs, BDG will assign the management and design team that is best suited for your particular project.

COMPANY OVERVIEW AHCA Experience Bessolo Design Group has the knowledge and experience to ensure that all projects conform to all federal, state and local codes, as well as the Agency of Healthcare Administration (AHCA) requirements. With each project all zoning and code issues will be identified and discussed with the client. If applicable, early intervention may include discussions with AHCA, Zoning and Building Department Officials to review possible solutions. For all projects, we will conduct initial meetings with the local agencies to review their process, timing and steps for approval. Everything will be reviewed with the client and incorporated into the project plan and schedule. Having over 90 years of combined experience working with AHCA, we know the AHCA process and expectations and therefore proactively incorporate their requirements into our designs. We also value the relationships we have built with the representatives of AHCA and work collaboratively with them to ensure adherence to AHCA standards. In an effort to eliminate delays in the approval process, we believe early involvement with AHCA, agencies, and departments is essential.
