FINAL SUGGESTION For individual owned business whose customers are localized can use Zoho invoice at a cheaper cost of USD 15 per month. For online receipts and making international customer invoice, I think freshbooks is optimum. As per the price structure, one can choose Zoho. Feature wise both are same. For easy usage Zoho is preferable. Fresh books give unlimited invoices which is basic requirement in invoicing. So, Freshbooks preferred for unlimited invoices. Based on the business model, one can choose the respective applications. 6
