Waldridge (Warsaw, IN) i just bought my camera yesterday with the speculation that i have 30 days to return it if i decide that i dont like it. i was trying to decide between getting this one and a nikon d3000. i took my camera (this one – canon) out to a contesting horse show today (barrel racing, etc) to try it out. i am (i think) a decent photographer, except i occationally have a little blurriness in high action photos, so i wanted to make sure that whichever DSLR i chose would be good at taking fast action as well as still pictures. i must admit, i am sold on this canon! it has done everything i have asked of it wonderfully without blurring. i wasnt to crazy about the 1855mm lens at first, due to the fact that i have only used zoom lenses thusfar but it did well. i am planning to get additional lenses when i get some more money, and looking forward to it. A friend allowed me to use his attachable flash and what a difference. Other than that it takes great pictures nad is fairly easy to use even for beginners like me.
