A Workshop of Flavours in the Uus Maailm Neighbourhood

Tsunft is simultaneously a bakery, deli, wine bar, café, lunch restaurant and, during the second half of the week, an evening restaurant. They call themselves a workshop for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Uus Maailm, i.e. a neighbourhood that has become one of the trendiest areas of Tallinn in recent years. A creative approach and fresh local farm products dominate at the restaurant. In addition to delicious lunches and dinners, Tsunft has become famous for its open tartare sandwich, which is considered the best in the city by customers who appreciate steak tartare. The wine bar offers a wide selection from the Old World, including biodynamic and natural wines, as well as grower-champagnes.
