The Upside Down House could be a typical Estonian family house, with the most ordinary furnishings. But, everything in it is turned upside down – in the literal sense. The top floor is the bottom and the bottom floor is the top. The sofas, kitchen cabinets and everything else, which is usually located on the floor, is on the ceiling in the Upside Down House. Actually, they are on the floor, but the floor is the ceiling and the ceiling is the floor. Naturally, the sauna in the house is also upside-down. The house is also slightly tilted, which tests our sense of balance. Or maybe, we’re the ones who are upside-down? All this creates confusion, makes us laugh and creates a good mood.
