Fotografiska Restaurant

Fotografiska Restaurant & Rooftop Garden Sustainable and seasonal

Fotografiska gets its inspiration from traditional local production methods and the changing of the seasons on the land, at sea and in the woods. Based on the sustainable thinking of our ancestors, nothing is wasted, the raw ingredients include everything from the blossoms to the roots and from the snouts to the tails. The principle of sustainable enjoyment is not only adhered to in the kitchen, but recycling is also highly regarded throughout the restaurant. Head chef Peeter Pihel is probably the Estonian food authority who has attracted the most attention, having had a brilliant career at the Alexander restaurant in the Pädaste Manor, as well as at the Fäviken Magasinet in Sweden and Fulgurances in Paris, which are among the best in the world.
