In the year that is opened, the NOA Chef´s Hall was already voted the best restaurant in Estonia. And it has remained at the top ever since. There is a creative tasting menu with unique dishes filled with complementary flavors and textures. In addition to local produce, luxurious ingredients from around the world are used. The gastronomic experiences are complemented by a great location on the border between the city and the sea, the chef participating in the food service, and the open kitchen, where many of the dishes are impressively grilled over an open fire. The high quality of the drink menu is confirmed by a Michelin Guide Sommelier Award. Tõnis Siigur, the Executive Chef at NOA Chef´s Hall, is probably the most famous chef in Estonia. Head Chef Roman Sidorov is in charge of the restaurant’s daily operations.
