Traditional tastes in a new way

The Wicca restaurant is located thirty kilometres from Tallinn in LaSpa, one of the most popular spa hotels near Tallinn, which features views of coastal pines and the sea. The menu plays with Estonian food traditions, combining the old and the new in sometimes unexpected, but always very tasty, ways. Wicca always offers something that you won’t find in other restaurants, be it a novel flavour combination or a special ingredient not yet discovered by other restaurants. The raw ingredients come from Estonia’s small and organic producers, as well as from the forests and meadows. Wicca’s chef is Angelica Udeküll, who also introduces Estonian flavours as the host of a popular cooking show on TV.
