B&E Sportswear Student of the Month: Mason Quinn

Congratulations to this very deserving Marple Newtown High School Senior!

B&E Sportswear is proud to name Mason Quinn their Student of the Month. Mason has excelled in his academic achievement, his extracurriculars and his volunteering. As part of this award, Mason will receive a $100 Wawa Gift Card, courtesy of B&E Sportswear.

Mason is currently a senior at Marple Newtown High School, and somehow finds time to be a part of the track and soccer team as well as a multitude of extracurricular activities. He runs track and field for the varsity team, and has been a part of the soccer team since freshman year.

Mason plans on majoring in environmental science and pursuing a minor in Spanish in college, and participates in many extracurricular activities that support that passion. Examples include the International Club, writing articles in Spanish for the Wide World Foreign Language Newspaper, and the Spanish Honor Society. Other activities include Hi-Q and the Student Council.

As a member of the National Honor Society, Mason volunteers with a number of charitable services, as well as volunteering at school fundraisers. He is also a member of LEAP, an organization at his school that participates in activities like trash cleanup and recycling efforts, and provides education on the importance of protecting the environment.
