Terrablock Benefits Rapid & Easy Installation On-site machinery is used to dig a continuous trench and deploy the fence which arrives flat packed. The trench is then backfilled securing the fence in the ground, providing an instantly secure perimeter with excellent climb over and underdig protection. High Security The welded mesh panel’s small apertures (76x12mm) makes the fence difficult and time consuming to cut, allowing ample respond time for security teams. Depending on how deep the 3.9m panel is buried, it can be as high as 3.4m above ground level, making it virtually impossible to climb. Stable The front panel of Terrablock is made from our unique Securifor 4D panel. With individual alternating wires (1/1) the panel is 10 times stronger than a flat panel, offering outstanding stability for a fence installed without concrete or poles. Minimal material Because it uses natural materials found on-site to create the required resistance and stability, minimal additional materials are needed. Only earth moving machinery, Terrablock and basic hand tools.
Applications
Visibility Terrablock works seamlessly with surveillance and detection systems. The lack of poles and consistent visibility through the mesh offers excellent surveillance conditions from either side of the perimeter.

Coating options Panel coating: Panels are made from galvanised wires. An adhesion coating is given for perfect adhesion with the polyester coating (min. 100 micron). spiral coating: The spirals are made from stainless steel wires. Terrablock
spirals: Spirals are used to connect the front- side- and base panels to each other. The spiral design allows for easy pivoting and positioning. A 3987.8mm spiral is pre-fixed to connect the side panel to the front panel, and a 1219.2mm spiral connects the front to the base panel, while another is fixed on-site to connect the side panel to the base panel.
