School Highlights
Morah Terri and Morah Donna’s PreSchool 3’s class uses Scrabble tiles to begin to recognize their name and the names of their peers, marking the beginning stages of literacy. Representatives from grades 9-12 led our High School student body in signing the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) “No Place for Hate” pledge, prioritizing kindness, inclusivity, and community throughout the school.

We honored our BT Warrior Fall 2021 All-IAAM and All-MIAA honorees who included: Girls Varsity Volleyball - Kira D. ‘24; Boys Varsity Soccer - Gabe H. ‘22 and Stanley D. ‘23; Girls Varsity Soccer - Sara S. ‘23, Ava K. ‘ 23, Alexa G. ‘23; Girls Varsity Cross Country - Aviva O. ‘23; and Girls Varsity Tennis - Lisa S. ‘25, Julia G. ‘23, and Maya W. ‘25. Mrs. Jennifer Moxley’s 5th grade science class spent weeks working in groups to create their own zoo dioramas as a part of an in-depth study of ecosystems and how living things interact with ecosystems.
Our BT community, along with many of our school families, rang in the first night of Chanukah together, enjoying the music of Six13, fun family crafts, fresh latkes, sweet sufganiyot, and the most fabulous fireworks around!
Our second grade students received their first chumashim marking the beginning of a lifetime of learning — and living — the important mitzvot and values those sacred books contain.
Todah rabbah — thank you — to Mr. Searle and Mrs. Deborah Mitnick, who endowed the second grade’s Chumash Program. Their generous gift provided the resources for both the program and the chumashim for many future generations of BT second grade students.
