Letter from the Publisher

Dear Readers,

Spring is here! The warm breezes are back and that glorious Florida weather has got me smiling. In this Spring issue, one of the best kept secrets on the Treasure Coast is a secret no more! Read about why the Sunrise City is the place to be, explore and make amazing memories, right here in Saint Lucie County.

From beaches to museums, from the best rated Farmer’s Market to beautiful water-front restaurants, Fort Pierce is the place to experience the beauty of the Treasure Coast. Be sure to read the entire article that touches on so much more as well as a word from Mayor Hudson.

As we all know and can feel, the growth here on the Treasure Coast is not slowing down. With so much growth and so much happening around us, be sure to take the time to take in all of the beauty that is here. Don’t forget to check out the events section. There are so many fun, free events going on for everyone to enjoy. I’ll be front and center, jammin’ to Tag Team, Tone Loc and vibing out to Diamond Rio at the ZAM Fest on April 23rd & 24th at the Mid-Florida Credit Union Event Center. This event, like so many others on the event page - is FREE!

This season is a time to honor and remember those who love us.

Easter is a time that we honor and connect spiritually and appreciate the magnitude of the sacrifice that was made for humanity.

On Mother’s day, of course, we honor our moms. “There's no way to be a perfect mother and a million ways to be a good one.” ― JILL CHURCHILL

I hold this saying dear to me. It reminds me that we are human and above all, love is what matters. So if you are blessed enough to still have your mother here on earth, be sure to let her know how much you love and appreciate her.

Memorial day is a time to honor those that made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. So if you are able to attend, there are several Memorial Day events around the Treasure Coast.
