A PIECE OF ADVICE… In this issue our fans write letter to Aunt Abby. In this month’s issue we have the letter of one of our fans asking Aunt Abby some advice.
Dear Aunt Abby, It’s hard to express my feelings, but I have to try. If I were not so shy, I wuld have more dates; if I were believed in myself, I could have more confidence. Please Dear Aunt Abby, can you tell me how I can be more interesting, I want to go out with some girls. If I receive some advice from you, I will be grateful for eternity.

You have made a big step, if you know your weaknesses, you will work to overcome them. Believing in yourself is the most important thing in the world. If you had recognized in what you are good, you could had won more confidence in yourself.

I WANT TO GO BACK
T
his year I had the opportunity to travel to New York. It was a great experience. My flight had a connection, I went with two co-workers.
We made some arrangements with a friend that we had in Mexico. He was a good guide, he take us to down town, central park, museum of tequila, theatre of fine arts, tower, and a few churches.
We went to New York to participate in a convention in the United Nations, for one week we were in a different conferences, we made some interviews to delegates of different countries.
At lunch time or at the end of the day we tried to know some places, the first day we were so exhausted and we rested. The second day we went to San Patricio’s Church and Roquefeller square, we walked in the 5th avenue.
In the middle of the week we went to the Metropolitan Museum. It’s a magazine that you can know a different cultures or places in one place! All the architecture is clean and beautiful. There were people from all the countries. We went to central park, but that day was exhausted because we had to go back to UNPD to cover an interview with an ambassador from Guatemala. We couldn’t know all the central park, only the first part. The most amazing thing was that we saw the trees in the middle of a big city, the buildings are so tall, a lot of people running, some of them were eating.

A: Of course I love my profession, since I graduated I dreamt with working with a lot of patients that need help and I know if you work with your heart everything has a good result.
Q: WHAT IS THE BEST ADVICE THAT YOU GIVE TO YOUR PATIENTS? A: If you are careful with your food, you live more than what you can imagen. When we eat fast food, it’s so dangerous for your health; it can be like taking poison. It’s better if you eat fruit and vegetables.
Q2: WHEN DO YOU TALK ABOUT EATING HEALTHY FOOD WITH YOUR PATIENTS? A: Always. I think our body is a treasure. We need to eat healthy food, because if we don’t care, our body can be sick both areas physical and spiritual.
Q: WHEN WE ARE SLEEPING, CAN OUR BODY CHARGE ENERGY? A: Our body needs to rest, is the only way that we can charge energy. We need to sleep 8 or 10 hours per day, to have a good health.
REMEMBERING MY TOWN SINCE I REMEMBER I HAVE LIVED IN THE SAME HOUSE, I USED TO LIVE IN MY PARENTS HOUSE, IN MY CASE IT TAKES TIME TO GET USED TO LIVING IN ANOTHER HOUSE.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS PARTIES, I ALWAYS REMEMBER MY GRANDFATHER BECAUSE HE HAD A LOT OF FRIENDs, THAT SING AND DANCE. I WISH IN ALL PARTIES WOULD ALWAYS HAVE PRESENTS FOR EVERYONE.
I DON’T LIKE THOSE KINDS OF PARTY, THEY MAKE ME FEEL SAD BECAUSE I MISS MY TOWN. I WISH I COULD BE IN MY TOWN TO DRINK “PONCHE” AND EAT “TAMAL”
WE ALWAYS MADE A CHRISTMAS PARTIES WITH ALL MY FAMILY, BUT THIS YEAR MY BORTHER IS IN LONDON. I WISH MY BROTHER COULD BE IN THE PARTY BECAUSE I MISS HIM.
WITH MY CO-WORKERS WE TRIED TO ORGANIZE A BIG CHRISTMAS PARTY. WE WISH THAT ALL COULD BE THERE WE KNOW THEY WOULD LOVE THE SURPRISE THAT WE MADE.
