After several years of collaboration with the University of Missouri, The University of Maryland, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and The Obvious Corporation, Beyond Meat® was born. With a culinary background from in Classic Pastry Arts from The French Culinary Institute in New York, as well as a graduate of Notre Dame and the prestigious Wharton School of business, Caitlin is a shining example of the type of people that are pushing Beyond Meat® forward to new heights each day. Caitlin’s culinary experiences have taken her from Coast to Coast, from Amy’s Bread in New York, to Chez Panisse in Berkeley and she brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to Beyond Meat® where on any given day, she might create 30 dishes for a photoshoot in the morning, a tasting menu for a meeting in the afternoon and finish the day off by coordinating the events and activities of the Beyond Meat® Street Teams. “My interest in working with Beyond Meat® came from working at Chez Panisse in Berkeley and feeling the need to be involved in the food industry in a way that makes both us and our planet healthier. 3 tablespoons celery, diced small
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 avocado, halved and mashed
½ teaspoon rubbed sage
1 small vine tomato, sliced
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Fresh black pepper
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Step 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees Step 2 In small bowl, toss together the Beyond
