Hi, Friends! Beyond Routine Planner was dreamed up in 2017 while running a successful Real Estate Virtual Assistant Company. After years of working with real estate companies, helping them brand and market their businesses, manage their transactions, and implement listings, we noticed a need for our agents to have a well-balanced planner with their career and schedule in mind. There is a difference between being busy and being productive, making money and creating wealth, going through the motions and being present in every waking moment of every single day. Step 2: Income Goal: $125,000.00 (Use Your Responsibility Amount on the Previous Page) ÷ by Commission Per Transaction = Transactions Needed Per Year: 25 Contracts
Calculate Leads Needed per Year
Take the total amount of contracts you needed X 40 (prospect-to-sale ratio is 40 to 1) = Total Number of Leads Needed Break it Down to a Weekly & Daily Number ÷ by 52 Weeks = Total Weekly Leads ÷ by 5 Days = Total Daily Leads
EXAMPLE 25 Contracts Needed X 40 (prospect-tosale ratio is 40 to 1) = 1,000 Leads Needed Break it Down to a Weekly & Daily Number ÷ by 52 Weeks = 19 leads a week ÷ by 5 Days = 4 leads a day
