Imagine that a lot of young people have never tried natural, raw fruits. They know peaches or bananas taste only from a substitutes like ice-cream, bonbons, chewing gum or another sweets. The food industry manipulates customers, they want to make you believe that even the candies may contain vitamins and be healthy. The substitutes never replace real food. In my project I made a installation. I used fruit substitute and install it in a natural part of fruit as a peel, petiole or sprig.
