Thank you for choosing Shore Catering at Eagle Ridge as your venue of choice for your most important day. Our Natural setting is the perfect back drop for that honored tradition of saying "I Do!" Our Beautiful Ballroom is where we create memories of a lifetime one celebration at a time. Your Journey begins in our elegant cocktail lounge with a mezmorizing stone fireplace a complete premium bar with a waterfall back drop. As your guests enter our Ballroom, your eyes will be drawn to 5 magnificient chandeliers suspended from an eighteen foot ceiling surrounded by 3 walls of windows that highlight the distinctive views that only Eagle Ridge can offer. The rolling greens provide lavish and unsurpassed photo opportunites that enhance the magic of your wedding day. Our culinary expertise will impress your guests with taste and presentation. We strive on our guest experience, they will end the night on cloud nine.

* Discuss your initial budget * Draw up your estimated guest list * Decide on a wedding date * Search for Ceremony & Reception Venues, Once found, book as soon as possible * Send out Save the Date Cards
8-10 Months * Book Bridal dress day appointments & groom tailor consultations * Meet with photographer & videographer to connect with your favorite * Research and reserve hotel accommodation for your guests * Think about Shuttle service for your guests * Register your gift list, and start choosing your items.
6-8 Months
We make sure that everything will be perfect on your special day!
* Consider entertainment options; DJs, ceremony musicians * Select your hair and make up artists and schedule trials 2 months before your date * Meet with florist and share your vision and design so they may build a proposal * Consider any other vendors envisioned; photo booth, cigar roller, ice Luge etc. * Order bridesmaids dresses and ushers suits * Start planning your honeymoon
* Consider furniture or decor rentals if needed; chair covers, sashes, centerpieces, signs, props * Begin creation of your wedding rings * Discuss your service with your officiant * Begin shopping for shoes, accessories, and lingerie
3 Months
* Send out wedding invitations, If plated dinner request meal selection on RSVP * Schedule a menu tasting with your caterer * Confirm orders from any rental vendors * Confirm your wedding transportation for bridal party and guests * Choose wedding favors/purchase bridal gifts
2 Months * Write your vows * Attend hair and make up trials * Send any itinerary or print outs to the stationer and confirm design * Inquire about marriage license
1 Month * Collate final RSVP list and call any guests who have not responded * Send a list of songs to your DJ, including songs to avoid, as well as entrance announcement order * Draw up seating plan for guests. * Have stationer create placement table cards * Pick up marriage License
2 Weeks Out Final Gown Fitting Pick up dress and have pressed. Confirm finalization's with you venue event coordinator including: * Floor plan * Final headcount * Menu items * Dietary restrictions for guests * Special requests for ceremony or reception * Linen colors * Vendor delivery schedules * Bridal party arrival
1 Week Out * Provide Event Coordinator with placement cards and any printouts or decor to be placed on tables. (Remember to put placement cards in last name alphabetical order to make easier for your guests to find) * Have a final phone call with all your vendors and suppliers * Schedule a pre-wedding date night or schedule time to relax and remember to breath...
