INSPIRATION HOW CAN WE EVALUATE PUBLIC SPACES WITH HARD TO REACH GROUPS? By persevering to find key contact points and understanding the local culture! In Lyulin Community for sighted and visually impaired, "Can You Association" engaged with neighbors and a representative of the Union of the Blind in Bulgaria for the Lyulin region. They discussed current challenges people face on a daily basis, what would be most useful to the sighted and blind in the territory, and in what form they would like the space to exist for them.
