AZYOUTHFORCE - BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF THE VALLEY
AZYouthforce is a dynamic career exploration program designed to help young adults prepare for and connect to workplace opportunities. This program builds a strong, diverse workforce pipeline for the future.
Teens (16-19) who are selected for AZYouthforce will earn meaningful, paid internship opportunities to explore a variety of careers and pathways, and develop their own personalized plan for success.
AZYouthforce teens take part in our Academy to learn essential skills like financial literacy, communication, interview skills, and so much more to prepare to succeed.
Local companies can help build a strong workforce for the future by collaborating with AZYouthforce to introduce teens to great career and industry opportunities. This program creates equity by connecting teens to paid internships and builds workplace resilience through coaching and mentoring.
Get Involved with AZYouthforce by:
• Offering an internship to a trained teen
• Hosting a corporate tour for teens to learn about industries
• Mentoring AZYouthforce teens through networking programs
