Visitacion Valley Clubhouse
Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco strictly adheres to City and County COVID-19 health guidelines for youth services. Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have continuously provided extra safety precautions to protect the health of our youth, staff, and community and we will continue to do so.
The Visitacion Valley Clubhouse is a beacon for youth in the neighborhood. The Club has approximately 2,500 square feet of indoor space and significant outdoor space that includes a playground, two baseball fields, and a soccer area. The Club also takes advantage of space at the elementary school, local library just one block away, and the Greenway, which is a series of connected small neighborhood gardens. The Visitacion Valley Clubhouse excels in academic programming, middle school programming, outdoor education, and athletics.
Please contact us directly for current hours and fees as we continue to adjust our programing to meet the evolving situation. *All images without masks are prepandemic photographs.

What We Do Every day at the Club, we provide highquality programs and support services that allow youth to leave us at age 18 “ready for life”. As soon as children and teens walk through our doors, they enter an environment of stability, consistency, and physical and emotional safety. Our programs are designed to be fun and engaging, while building skills and confidence for a successful future.
What Our Club Does Best We provide homework help, tutoring, enrichment programs, SAT classes, college prep, and more to help Club members achieve academic success. Through our partnerships with Exploratorium and Edventure More, we offer fun ways for Club members to get excited about science, technology, engineering, and math. We offer a wide range of athletic opportunities, including co-ed basketball, baseball, and co-ed futsal.
Programs Academics Members come to us with a range of academic skills, interests, and learning styles, so we offer various programs and strategies to support them. Programs include homework help, tutoring, STEM enrichment, literacy, academic mentoring, college prep, and support during key grade transitions. Health & Life Skills Our goal is to be the healthiest place for kids by instilling lifelong healthy habits. We do this through physical activity, nutrition programs, healthy decision making, healthy relationships programs, vision services, and Behavioral Health Services. Sports, Fitness, & Recreation In an effort to be the healthiest place for San Francisco youth, we encourage Club members to be physically active for at least 30 minutes every day, providing both competitive sports and noncompetitive activities like dance, martial arts, kick-ball, etc. We offer leagues and tournaments focused on swim, basketball, soccer, baseball, flag football, and much more.

Teens Our goal is to help youth succeed and be "ready for life" by the time they leave us at age 18. Programs offerings include academic support, college prep, career exploration, volunteer and leadership opportunities, financial literacy, health & life skills, and job readiness.
Summer Camp All Club members have the opportunity to attend Camp Mendocino, our 2,000-acre residential summer camp located 3.5 hours north of San Francisco in a beautiful redwood forest. Camp Mendocino provides a creative, fun, and supportive camping experience for youth ages eight to 14, as well as a Leaders-In-Training program for youth ages 15-17.
