HOTEL ELITE Considering the developmental scenario of the city and city surroundings, we have identified proposed site near Gorewada Lake/Dam for the project. This premium Hotel project would add to the existing and proposed facilities for the tourist coming to Nagpur for varied reasons. The main aim of the design was to use the concept of user centric design intervention as a part of development of the region.

GRACIOUS RESIDENCY Housing for Migrants The coronavirus pandemic has caused an unprecedented disruption in the global economy. This disruption has forced businesses and investors to reco nsider where and how to invest. Such a shake-up opens an opportunity for India. Due to pandemic, rural areas and rural lives — especially of ‘migrant workers’ — have become miserable and attracted attention of all. In background of this, our PM announced economic package on 12th May 2020 related to corona virus pandemic, in which he talked about how to make India self-reliant. Aatmanirbhar Bharat (transl. self-reliant India) is the vision of the honorable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi of making India a self-reliant nation. In Aatmanirbhar Bharat Program importance is given more to Rural infrastructure, Agricultural infrastructure and MSME. This program includes provision for affordable housing, housing for migrant labours, small scale industries based on agro-processing, infrastructure in the form of services etc. success.

My concept is low cost and self reliant settlement for the residents of waroda to provide a better living and also a better future. It is to be precise “ Suburban village settlement .” In the time of “Atma Nirbhar Bharat ” I pondered upon how to create a settlement which is self reliant and
