Located in Panchkula, Sector 23, nada, haryana, 134109. The site is flanked by road on both north as well as west side.
The site has view points on 3 sides and gives it oppurtunities as all the ammenities including railway station, bus station, market in 500m radius. Since the institution which is to be build is nift, the fabric production gives it more advantage than to all other institutes.

02.ARTIST VILLAGE Located near Art Village, Karjat, Maharashtra. The site gives oppurtunities for the near by area has many lost arts which would help the idea of making a artist village for educating the local as well as outside people. As the site is near the maharashtra state highway 79, the accesibility is easy.

CONCEPT & FORM DEVELOPMENT The concept was to use courtyards for better interaction and communication. Courtyards influence the users to communicate with each other. Cross ventilation and landscpe designed in the centre helps cool the place down and also gives shade for it to not heat up. Use of brick jali in the structure helps in cross ventilation as well as mainting the privacy of the users and the people using the area.

CONCEPT & FORM DEVELOPMENT Series of green void spiral along the building as well as brick jali along the building which creates dynamic facade. Interior spaces connect with the landscaped greens giving a panoromic views. Intermediate sky terraces stimulates visual perception of the people. Double height spaces giving variation in volume for better user experience.
