Ryan Sala is a graduate of the University of Iowa, with a degree in Economics. Ryan follows all market financials, projections, and business trends. He looks for Investment Properties with an analysis on the Phoenix rental market. Ryan helps on all phases of our Team, and has a strong handle on Remodels, as well as cost effective Improvements or Renovations to any home. Working with landscapers and contractors, Ryan has a great resource of qualified workers and wholesale companies. Eilíse Sala grew up in the business of Real Estate and has worked full time for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since 2018. Eilíse has many repeat clients, as well as great referrals from past clients. As a member of the Berkshire Luxury Group, Pinnacle Peak and Paradise Valley Luxury groups, she tours a wide range of homes and watches market values on a daily basis.
