Our Team Training Mission is to create a valuable and rewarding course work that supports the Team growth via the Team Leaders vision. We do this by offering a quality training environment that is based on real life experience centered on customer service while utilizing industry centered best practices. To help Team agents and staff rise in their area of specialization we focus on efficiency and mindset to guide us on course content. Whether the coursework is in-house classroom training, VILT, Core Training offered by the company, or industry expert experiential training the focus is always based on real-world examples to illustrate concepts and methodologies. We believe that technology should support the relationship but it cannot replace it. Technology is incapable of making the link that leads to life time customers. We believe that every agent is entitled to a learning environment which promotes dignity and respect to all because how we treat our customers is how they treat their customers.

• BHU – A classroom setting that is an orientation to the company. •C ore Training – A monthly rotation of 12 courses that center around the tools and systems that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group utilizes. •V ILT – These are classes given either by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National Servicing or by affiliate members who were hired to perform such niche’ training on our behalf for you and your team. •S elf Paced – We have ongoing coursework that you can plug into virtually when the need arises for you or your agents. There is a huge variety of options on coursework but it is available when you and your team are ready to utilize it. •C oaching and 1 on 1 – There are professionally trained coaches that are available in every office to help guide you and your staff through training that will expand your mission. We do not believe in training just for the sake of saying you have done training.
