FIRST STEPS Company Orientation – Getting Connected with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group Occurs the 2nd Monday of every month, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Held in the training center at our South Tampa office 4950 W. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 301 (Third Floor), Tampa, FL 33609 Getting Connected with Florida Properties Group is a 1-day highlevel company orientation to the systems, tools, resources, preferred partners, and business alliances for Florida Properties Group. New Sales Executives will be provided details about each of our preferred business partners and affiliated services including Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Auction, Business Development, New Construction, Title, Insurance, Referrals, and Mortgage.

NEW HOME SPECIALIST TRAINING Live training on the nuances of new home construction taught by a seasoned professional with the Tampa Bay Builders Association • Nuts & bolts orientation • Negotiating with new home builders & understanding the builder’s contract • Working with the on-site agent, builders’ lenders & closing departments • Understanding the construction process/construction for sales As a Certified New Home Specialist, you will earn an additional 1% commission when you sell a Preferred Builder property.
