NINJA AUTO FLOW S OLUTIONS

On average there are 15 transactions per year for every 100 households we know. Our mission each day is to discover and help people with those transactions. Somewhere between 85% to 88% of past buyers and sellers say they would refer you or use you on their next transaction, but only 12% to 25% actually do. Each household in your client base is worth $1,000 per year only if you stay in touch. Only 6% of Realtors actually stay in touch with past clients, so turn your client base into an income generator. When someone makes the decision to buy or sell a home, you’ll want to be the trusted real estate professional that comes to mind. You can stay “Top of Mind” with your past buyers and sellers and everyone in your sphere with AutoFlow. With the AutoFlow system, your client base will receive two touches per month, or 24 touches each year, enabling you to be their trusted advisor.

HOW DOES IT WORK? The company sends two marketing pieces each month to your client list. Each month a Favorites of the Season postcard will be mailed, Inspiration quarterly newsletter, and an e-card 8 times per year. You provide the client base (households) you’d like to set up on AutoFlow, a minimum of 50 households, which must include you. There is no maximum. The Company deploys the marketing collateral which is branded to you. It is that easy. You can update your AutoFlow database once per quarter. Our Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties AutoFlow Marketing Team is available to assist you uploading your contacts.

The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties (BHHSGA) AutoFlow Marketing Team is dedicated to assisting our Ninja Members with timely, automated, and personalized monthly touches to their client base. We are excited to help you connect. What’s the cost? There is a monthly fee of $2 per household and a 50 household minimum to get started. This fee covers the cost of mailing the Favorite of the Season monthly postcards, Inspiration Quarterly Newsletters, Quarterly Luxury Defined eNewsletter, and Lifestyle Planning ecard campaigns and more. This fee will be applied to your office billing statement by accounting. To participate in the program, you must have a valid credit card on file. Let’s Get You Started 1. Once you’ve completed your Ninja Installation, watch for an email invitation to Ninja AutoFlow. Subject line: READY, SET, FLOW... with Berkshire Hathaway Georgia Properties. There is a link to sign up for AutoFlow Marketing. 2. Be sure to sign up. A representative from the BHHSGA AutoFlow Team will process your subscription. 3. Remember, it is important to prepare your client base, prior to enrolling in AutoFlow. You can start by compiling a list of all the people who know, like and trust you and who will view you as their real estate expert. 4. Our BHHSGA AutoFlow Marketing Team will help load your client base to your individual Xpressdocs, BHHS Marketing REsource Center, and MoxiEngage accounts. If you need assistance gathering your client base and saving into an Excel or .csv file format, Please contact AutoFlowBHHS@bhhsgeorgia.com for assistance.
