The proposed site located at Kadamba Plateau in Chimbel Village of Tiswadi Taluka adjacent to Kadamba electricity substation, Goa, which is 6 k.m. from Panjim city. The site has landuse good surrounding natural green cover, government institutional land use, settlement and heritage areas. Dabolim Airport - 29 k.m.
Karmali Railway Station- 12.3 k.m.
Panjim Bus Stand- 6 k.m.
