Celebrating two decades of leadership at P3 People Management is a remarkable milestone for me that reflects my enduring commitment to the growth and well-being of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). My vision of providing accessible HR expertise has not only supported businesses lacking in-house resources but also complemented the capabilities of those with established HR departments. The tailored HR advice, employment services, and learning & development solutions offered by P3 have played a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and profitability of numerous SMEs. This, in turn, has empowered their workforce, fostering an environment where both businesses and employees can prosper and expand. My passion for people management and dedication to service excellence has been the cornerstone of P3's success and longevity. My personal style is to apply strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the organisation's vision and goals. As an Insights Discovery certified practitioner, I use the framework to understand and leverage the different personality types and preferences of the people I work with, enabling them to achieve their full potential and collaborate effectively
