WhattimeamIabletoset-upandtear-down?

We will work directly with your vendors to establish a delivery schedule, and much of the detail set-up is handled by our events team on your behalf, but as long as the room is available, you are welcome to set-up the day before your event. If the room is booked the night before, we typically reset by 9:00am; however, you may schedule deliveries for as early as 8:00am when the building is unlocked. Tear-down is immediately following the conclusion of the event unless specified otherwise.

Doyouhaveanydécorrestrictions?

We are flexible on décor if there isn’t any damage to the facility, furniture, or rental items. Any damage to the facility, as a result of décor will be charged accordingly to the final event invoice.

• Candles must have a “wax-catching” barrier between the candle and the furniture on which it is set.

• Stay away from taper candles and candlesticks; our ventilation system will burn them in less than an hour.

• Allow “breathing room” in your ceiling fabric décor- fully draped ceilings trap the cool air above the fabric resulting in warmer than normal room temperatures.

• The wind varies- make sure all outdoor décor is firmly secure, and centerpieces are heavy enough to withstand any unpredictable gusts of wind.

• Floating Lanterns are strictly prohibited by Bay Harbor city ordinances - use a sparkler exit instead under the vestibule in front of the Lange Center Entrance.
