3 Ukrainian Birds Painting, Acrylic on Canvas W:83 H:59 cm 2022 Joseph Urie

The horrors that unfold on a daily basis in the Ukraine ,which has shocked the entire world, led me to express my deep inner feelings of rage and unbelief of millions of innocent citizens feelings their beloved country, and for many trapped and unable to escape these barbaric acts, I feel words cannot really describe the horror of it all.

Don't Call Me Shirley Sculpture, Construction Sculpture Technique on Cardboard W:25 H:23 D:17 in 2022 Judith Ornstein

I want the work to be fun and humorous as well. My shapes are often childish, poking fun at the elements themselves. Of course sustainability cannot be ignored as a strong message in itself. Viewers may see me as just a rescuer of recyclables but I also have a real love of these materials. Cardboard has a raw elegance.

Time Continuum Painting, Oil Color on Canvas W:29 H:27.50 in 2021 Bakhtiyar Urakov

In life, we do not notice how quickly time has passed. The picture is painted in oil on canvas. In the painting, I depict the fluidity of time through the landscape. The picture is a kind of symbol of transience and relativity of temporary space.

The Monster Inside Me Embroidery, Mixed Media, Color Pencil, Pen W:8 H:11 in 2020 Hannah Nelson

This piece was a challenge I gave myself to illustrate something that is unseen. Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest and can interfere with your daily life. As someone with depression, I felt it was important to give it visibility.
