Thanks to the fiducial marker at 0° degrees inserted in the Rx template, the software program for the data elaboration concurs at the threedimensional definition of the implants position in connection with the anatomical paraxial and panoramic planes, prosthetically involved.

Replacing multirooted teeth, two regular implants platform results in a geometric risk score.

The faithful reproduction of the single implant position on the master model, by means of the implant analog insertion and the treatment simulation, offers the opportunity to provide a surgical template prosthetically coordinate and then the prosthetic device ready to the immediate load.

The up-to-dated morphology of the Wide Plat-form implants, by a progressive thread design, sets up the most recent biological and prosthetic innovations. The advanced thread design on the cervical implant portion, through the blood clot retention, concurs to the healing process for a predictable bone level maintenance, considering the biological deficit of the crestal cortical bone.

The Ray Set® DELTA apparatus is a special parallelometer able to define the axes relative to the implants positions, their inclinations on the relative MD LL bidimensional plans and the vertical heights parameters.

Several studies have demonstrate that the attachment of osteoblasts is dependent on the surface roughness. Is well-known today that sandblasted and acid- etched modified surfaces can reduce the healing time, shortening the unloaded period.

The RTT base is characterized by three movement planes at right angles (orthogonal) to each other and allows the spatial location of the implant analogs that will be inserted into the patient model, according to the informatic surgical plan.

A special polishing treatment of the implant neck surface allows the implant fitting one millimeter above the bone crest in order to have a transmucous fitting, if required, as the gold colored trans gingival collar assures the improved aesthetic appearance.

The Ray Set® RTT BASE manages two angular coordinates finalized to implant positioning on its own labio-lingual and mesio-distal planes. The Delta device with the vertical measurement gauge provide three metric coordinates to control all bodily adjustment required to put the implant in a correct relation with the bone crestal ridge. The implant 3d software provides a printed template finalized to verify the surgical project development in the patient model. It verifies the correct application of all prescriptions supplied by the software.

The Ray Set® PROCEDURE is an extraoral protocol based on five geometrical coordinates finalized to transfer, directly on the patient model, all implants threedimensional positions virtually defined by the dedicated Implant3D software.

The original vectorial mechanics of abutments connection concurs to control any bacterial contamination and prosthetic screws stability.

Verification and Certification procedure The informatic printed support provides a verification template in order to verify the surgical project development.

IMPLANT 3D

It verifies the correct application of the software prescriptions. The verification printed template reproduces an horizontal scanning plan elaborated by the software, contextually to the definition of all the Ray Set® parameters.

IMPLANT 3D OVERVIEW Implant3D is a software package that allows you to perform a 3D implant simulation directly on your PC.

Anchorage pins virtual positioning

This plan indicates the intersection points of the virtual implants occlusal axes extension concurring to compare, on a printed card, the coincidence with the same axes extension of the implant analogs.

Surgical stent with anchorage pins

You can simulate the implant position on 2D & 3D models, identify the mandibular canal, draw bone model panoramics and sections, show the 3D bone model and calculate the bone density. By means of Implant3D you can plan the prothesis implant operation more safely, efficiently and quickly.

Once the implant analogs are inserted into the model and the control pins, reproducing scan plan height, are mounted on each of them, the precision of the procedures can be controlled and stated simply turning upside down the model on the printed template marks and controlling a perfect correspondence relation. (At least two implants are necessary)

Supported Formats Implant3D reads CAT scans from CD-ROM in more than 60 formats, including Dicom 3.0 medical format. Measures & Information Implant3D helps you to plan the prothesis implant operation by identifying both the implants and mandibular canal positions. You can perform accurate measurements and calculate the bone density. This is a great aid to perform the operation more effectively and quickly.

2D & 3D Implant3D generates the panoramic, the sections and the 3D bone model through reading the axial images. This enables you to know both the patient anatomic model under all respects and the exact implant position as to the mandibular canal and the bone structure before the dental operation. A Useful Communication & Motivation Tool You can use the images produced by Implant3D to communicate with the patient in compliance with the rules about the informed consent. Through the image exporting functions you can save your most interesting cases on a CD-ROM. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, learning is a quick matter

A feasibility study is the first procedure step by selecting the implant sizes and positions and then adequate prosthetic implant solutions.
