Hi, I’m Bianca, a graphic designer, creative, and lover of all things coffee (because I wouldn’t survive without it). I’ve loved creating ever since I was a kid and that love has carried over into a passion for branding, web design, and social media. My goal as a designer is to help small businesses organically grow their social media presence with meaningful design.

01 MATCHA CHA Brand Identity - Package Design Matcha cha is a branding and package design project focusing on ceremonial grade matcha powder in multiple flavors. To distinguish this brand from other matcha brands who tend to use shades of green, pops of bold colors were incorporated. This also embodies the brand name. The logotype further reflects the brand identity’s fun and organic style.

02 MILKY BOMBS Brand Identity - Package Design Milky Bombs is becoming widely known in the health + wellness space because of their natural products infused with CBD and coconut milk powder. Their bath bombs are made from all-natural ingredients that are designed to be as nurturing and soothing to your skin as the scents are to your body. Also selling CBD tinctures - all products are vegan, organic, and cruelty-free. The solution to the design challenge was met by giving the brand new packaging that differs from other brands by using a milk carton to tie in the name and overall branding of the product. The design elements included in their new brand identity are bold, fun, and colorful, and are targeted towards millenials.

03 THE BLEU FIG Brand Identity The Bleu Fig is a charcuterie board business local to St. Augustine, Florida. The brand is inspired by traveling the world while enjoying charcuterie boards and wine no matter where you are. The overall feel of the brand is rustic while incorporating pops of color. The website showcases all boxes/boards that are available for purchase. The business cards and menu were designed to communicate the brand’s identity.

Web Landing Page Shown on the landing page is the brand’s story, call-to-actions to purchase and learn about their available boards, testimonials, and Instagram posts. Overall, the website is easy to navigate.

04 EVERYDAY ALCHEMY Brand Identity - Web Design - Print Everyday Alchemy’s brand identity is soft and feminine while incorporating celestial elements. The logotype is elegant. The main shape of the logo can stand alone and be used as vinyl for windows, signage, or small tags and/ or bags. The stars in the logo and submarks are used as design elements throughout the brand. A lookbook was created to showcase the brand’s newest line of candles inspired by zodiac signs.

05 QUEER FIELD DAY Brand Identity - Web Design - Apparel Queer Field Day holds meetups and events for LGBTQ+ folks in Los Angeles, CA. Their goal is to create safe spaces for queer people to make new friends, play games, find community, and make memories. The website was designed to allow users to stay up to date on all Queer Field Day events as well as purchase tickets to upcoming events. Merchandise is available to purchase at all Queer Field Day events or via their website. The merchandise reflects the branding by using bold, bright colors.

(I do not own rights to these photos - Cover photo and photos used in web interface were taken by Abby Mahler)

Web Landing Page Concept The homepage for Queer Field Day was designed to be fun, inviting, and informative. It showcases the brand’s story, information regarding QFD events (how to become a vendor and how to sign up as a performer), merchandise, galleries from previous events, and upcoming queer events in Los Angeles for the month. The website also allows users to purchase tickets for upcoming events that Queer Field Day holds every month.

06 DIME PILATES Web Redesign - Social Media DIME Pilates is an all-online pilates studio based out of Toronto, Canada. This studio is all about inclusivity and encourages everyone to move their body no matter where they are. They offer all of their classes online so you can do them wherever you are. They also include pre-made Spotify playlists that go with each class so you can follow along with the instructor. This project includes content created for the brand’s Instagram account as well as feed posts and story segments that the brand has published over the last few months. A complete web redesign was created along with a profile feed concept as well. These two extra components are personal designs that I chose to incorporate specifically for this project, are not used by the brand, and are not affiliated with DIME Pilates. I completed this project while working as an independent contractor for The Modern Agency, a social media management agency for brands and businesses based out of Los Angeles, California.

Instagram Carousel Post An Instagram swipe-through carousel post showcasing a few categories of classes the online studio offers. The post is meant to be engaging and raise brand awareness by including a call to action in the caption; telling users to tag to comment and tag their friend in the comments.

Instagram Stories DIME Pilate’s main goal for their instagram stories are to inform, entertain, and engage with their audience. Most stories are between 3-6 slides, encouraging users to tap through and engage with their content whether it is polls and quizzes, or a call to action leading them to their website to sign up for classes.

For this collection, feed posts, sponsored ads, as well as Instagram stories were created over a period of 3 months. A profile feed concept and a lookbook for their new summer collection was created as well. The feed concept and lookbook are personal designs that I chose to incorporate specifically for this project, were not used by the brand, and are not affiliated with ILYBABY. This project includes content for Layers of Jewelry’s Instagram account. The components include feed posts, newsletters, and Instagram stories that were created to help drive sales and build brand awareness. A profile feed concept was created for this project as well. Their current feed is a bit on the darker/contrasted side, so the goal was to lighten it up and make it feel softer.
