A few years ago, Sherwood Baptist Church produced a movie called Fireproof that improved the married lives of thousands of couples. And many of them are now attending church because of the message in that movie.
This fall, Sherwood is releasing COURAGEOUS, a film that they’re praying will do for families what Fireproof did for marriages. To maximize the impact of COURAGEOUS in your church and community, LifeWay has partnered with Sherwood to offer a wide variety of resources that support the movie. Amplify the effect The COURAGEOUS movie could have a profound effect on your church and community. Use these steps to make the most of this opportunity, especially in September, the weeks leading up to the movie’s release.

A powerful strategy for men’s ministry Few things of lasting value happen accidentally. Usually, someone with a vision sets a goal and then devises a strategy to reach that goal. It’s like climbing a mountain. If you’re going to make it to the top, you’ll need a plan. Yes, you could just set off on a simple walk one day and start heading up a mountain, but eventually the climb is going to be too steep to proceed successfully. Similarly, most struggle with the mountain of men’s ministry. Even if a pastor has the vision and the goal, the strategy can be elusive.
