FUTURE OFFICES Libroffice (library+office) A libroffice is a new kind of office. This can be located in any library. The big advantage here is that you have access to all types of books. Also, in this place you can feel like you are home because of its calm atmosphere. As far as we are concerned it doesn't have any disadvantages. In a libroffice you can find your own corner and dig into your work and, if you are lucky enough to find one, some libraries play classical music that will help you concentrate. (11ºCT1-Carlota and Ecaterina) Troffice (train+office) It's like working in a long train trip in a comfortable way, where we only have to bring our phone and laptop. On the one hand, the advantages are many, from having free wi-fi, interesting and interactive trips to ordering food whenever we want to. On the other hand, it has some disadvantages such as being a narrow and a bit noisy place to work in. But cons aside, it's a nice place where people can work and at the same time enjoy the view. (11ºCT1 – Beatriz and Beatriz Maria) Shoffice (shopping + office) In a Shoffice you have free Wi-Fi, many sockets, food and almost everything you need. When you are tired, you can do some shopping. You have people everywhere, so you’re never alone. There are many security guards in each corner. When it’s sunny you can work outside, in lovely terraces, and when it’s raining you can work inside. There are also plenty of toilets. The only problem that can exist is the noise, but if we wear an ear buffer, that fixes it. A Shoffice Centre is the best place to work in, because there is a lot of advantages and so few disadvantages. As there is a Shopping Centre in every city, it is pretty easy to find one. MOFFICE (my+office) It’s a place where you can work on your own project, yet have a boss and people who can advise and guide you throughout your working life. The boss provides you the money you need if you have a good idea/project and keeps 20% of the profit. If you work there, you may take free coffee, wi-fi and stay there anytime you need. However, you have a limited number of coffees that you can take per month. If your work, for any reason, is not worth it, all your benefits will be lost until it starts to be profitable. It’s a good opportunity if you want to start a company of your own. (11ºAV- Ana Catarina, Pedro and Patrícia)
ATELOFFICE (atelier+office) If you want to work in this place, you will need free wi-fi and at least one socket; you will work in a computer, spend some free time surfing the Net and maybe listening to some music while working in your project. This place has some advantages, such as quietness where you can relax and free your imagination. It’s a place without limits! It has its disadvantage, though. You will work alone. Well, you are not always alone because some people are there to visit the atelier, but not to work with you. (11ºAVTiago and Tatiana) FNOFFICE (Fnac+office) It’s the best place to work in. Here you can work and have fun at the same time. We offer free wi-fi, sockets and coffee. We have the best restroom with massage chairs, puffs and all the video games. We also have a variety of food and we even offer discounts in our shops. Finally, we have the advanced software for your work with the most amazing conditions for only 2 euros per hour.
